Living in San Fernando City, La Union and working at the City is my everyday routine. Eating Ilokano foods is one of my favorite in my routine. And I enjoy it with my friends. Since I am working at Sea and Sky Travel and Tours, we love to eat at fine dining close to our office.

The Bay Grill and Cafe, located at the Poolside of Sea and Sky Hotel and Restaurant, Pagdaraoan, San Fernando City, La Union. Usually the Grill and Cafe is open at these days:

Mon - Thu:	9:00 am	-	12:00 am
Fri - Sat:	9:00 am	-	1:00 am
Sun:	9:00 am	-	12:00 am

They offer Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Drinks, Coffee and Deserts. And they have Acoustic Nights during Saturdays and Sundays. If you are staying at the Hotel, try to eat at The Bay Restaurant, fine dining with an extra over looking at the Sea of La Union.

The Bay Rice. the Grill and Cafe must try. saute rice with seafood toppings. one of my personal favorite.

Poqui - poqui. One of the Ilokano made favorite. Grilled Eggplant with Onions and garnishes.









As for DRINKS try this:

Mocha Frappe.

Choco Milk Shake.
