Semerad twins confirm transfer to Ateneo

when i knew about it and confirmed it, woah, my whole mindset was.... SHUTDOWN.


I loved the twins since their entrance at the NCAA (National College Athletics Association). (especially Anthony),wearing #6 and his twin on 14. I love Anthony's offense and David's defense. I learned to idolized them and cheered for them eventhough I am not from San Beda College. I am constantly buying and appreciating those college hoops magazine they are featured.

then there was FAME. since both of them were undeniably effortlessly good looking, advertisements and others are there...no problem,

but what happened now? they are transferring to ADMU because of what?

"“We played basketball in Europe for the national team under-18, coming to the Philippines, to a new school where were not sure, had it,” said David.

Anthony admitted that San Beda helped them adjust to the Filipino style of play.

But he said they started stagnating after their first year in San Beda.

“[In the] second year, nothing new changed, then third year, we just stayed like that,” said Anthony."

is it lame?
is it enough?
is there money matters?
is that their personal choice?
is this because ADMU will lose some of their great players that lead them to being champs that's why they look for some players in SBC (both teams are sponsored by Mr. Manny V. Pangilinan).?
or is it because of they just want to improve more? (The twins improved for me at superb with Mr. Lim as Headcoach)
or they are afraid of responsibilities they will shoulder since they will be one of the vets of the team in next season.? (i hope so not.)

quitters or just want progress in their basketball career?



whatever their reason is, they must face the Pros and Cons, in the end it's them who will learn (if the decision is wrong) and will face, not us.

and wherever they will go, whatever their decision, I'm still on their side.
