October. a new month, a new Typhoon. not the good way to start a new month.

I live in a City in La Union that is surrounded by Sea. (almost all municipalities in La Union does.) I am afraid of hearing splash of BIG waves, sounds of angry wind, roofs that are flying and stranded passengers, no Internet connection and no electricity and most of all afraid for those people who are living nearby the sea, to their children and their mode of living.

Ty "PEDRING" has max wind of 140kph and gustines of 170kph while Ty "QUIEL" has 160kph and gustiness of 195kph. -  @dost_pagasa (via twitter)

Typhoon Pedring made an exit in this province. Sunshine done his part yesterday, but not he's hiding again.

Typhoon Quiel: as of 5am Signal #3 po dyan sa La union mga late afternoon or evening dadaan ang mata ng bagyo dyan ingat po. / As of now numerical models shows dadaan ng isabela, quirino, benguet going out of La Union. -via @dost_pagasa (twitter).
